Minimum Order Requirements

The minimum order value is $100,000. A minimum order quantity of 50 units per SKU model is required.

Payment Terms


We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or cash for amounts up to $14,999.00. Payment by check or banker’s draft is not accepted.

Deposits


All deposits are non-refundable.

Invoice Policy


Techotrade, LLC reserves the right to void any unpaid invoices at its discretion. If a deposit has been made on an invoice that is voided, the invoice amount will be reduced to match the deposit, and the stock supplied will correspond to the value of the deposit.

VAT Policy


VAT will be applied to all U.S. invoices unless reverse charging applies, which is applicable for invoices of $5,000.00 or more for VAT-registered customers.

To review, update, or request deletion of your information, please contact our privacy officer at [email protected]. Provide sufficient details to help us accurately identify you in our system. We will promptly process your request at no charge.

Export and VAT


Goods exported outside VAT-applicable regions (Africa, Asia, America, Australasia) will be supplied without VAT, provided a valid Air Waybill (AWB) referencing Techotrade’s invoice number is submitted by the shipper collecting the goods. If the customer personally delivers the goods to the shipper, VAT will be applied and refunded upon receipt of a valid AWB. For customers traveling with goods, VAT will be applied, and a C88 export form will be issued. This form must be stamped by Customs and returned to Techotrade for VAT refund processing.
